Mixed foods promote natural foraging, and selective feeding can be prevented by only giving the next meal once all components of the last have been eaten.
Feeding Guide: Gerty Guinea Pig Mix should only be used as a complementary part of a guinea pig's diet, and should only make up around 5% of the daily food intake. The average adult guinea pig will require 40‐50g/day of Gerty Guinea Pig. Foraging and natural behaviours when eating can be encouraged by using a Snack Ball, which your rabbit will push around while food slowly trickles out.
