To encourage Hedgehog visitors to use the food and water you leave out for them, we recommend placing the bowl in a quiet area of your garden. If you are feeding Hedgehogs, it is also important to leave a bowl of water alongside any food. Clean, fresh drinking water can be difficult to find for Hedgehogs, particularly in built up areas or during extremely warm or cold periods. The contents of the bowl should be replaced daily and left back out before dusk, in time for the Hedgehogs to wake up.
