Completely natural Sphagnum Moss with no dyes, Zoo Med's Terrarium Moss is ideal for use with species which naturally reside around moss, including frogs, toads, salamanders, garter and green snakes, and other reptiles and amphibians to increase humidity in sheltered areas.
Various species will also appreciate the sustainably sourced moss as an egg-laying or incubation media.
Simply open the package and place the moss in a bucket of clean water, squeezing the moss to encourage water absorption. Wring the moss out, leaving a 15%-20% water retention before placing in the terrarium as needed.
Contains 1.8 litres of moss to suit a 10 Gallon Terrarium.
